Local Delivery & Collection
TMG Building Supplies delivers locally using our own drivers. Standard delivery is within 3–5 working days.
Delivery charges
Within 10 miles of our Swalwell yard:
- Orders under £75: £10 delivery
- Orders of £75 or more: Free delivery
Over 10 miles and up to 30 miles:
- Orders under £150: £20 delivery
- Orders of £150 or more: Free delivery
Distances are measured as a straight-line radius from our yard, not driving distance. Delivery is unavailable beyond 30 miles. Collection is available.

Enter your complete delivery address at checkout to see availability and charges before payment. If delivery is unavailable for your basket, please contact us or arrange collection.
Delivery access and timing
For bulk loads, long timber or restricted access, contact us before ordering to confirm unloading and placement arrangements. Please tell us about narrow entrances, slopes, height restrictions or soft ground.
If you need a specific delivery date, confirm it with us before arranging labour.
