Choose bagged or tipped loose
A tipped loose load arrives without a bag and needs an agreed place for the material. A bulk bag keeps the aggregate contained. Neither format guarantees that material can be placed over a wall, onto a driveway or into a rear garden; the available vehicle, access and unloading method need confirming.
Send the details that help us plan
- Your postcode and the full delivery address.
- The product, selected pack or load format and quantity.
- The position where you would like the order placed.
- Entrance width, tight turns, slopes, soft ground and height restrictions.
- Any parked vehicles or access restrictions that affect the approach.
- A contact number and any deadline you need us to check.
Check timing and charges before payment
Use the checkout options for the basket and address you are ordering to. Mixed product groups can affect the available shipping charge. Contact us if no suitable option appears or if delivery is needed for a specific working day.
A delivery preference in an order note is a request; confirm any essential arrangement directly with TMG before relying on it. Avoid booking time-sensitive labour until your delivery plan has been agreed.
Prepare the agreed space
Clear the agreed access route and placement area before arrival. Discuss surface protection and any handling equipment with your installer. Keep people away from unloading activity and follow the driver’s instructions.
