TMG Building Supplies is a North East builders’ merchant based at our yard on Miller’s Lane, Swalwell (NE16 3AU). We serve Newcastle, Gateshead, Sunderland and nearby towns with practical materials for trade and DIY jobs — aggregates, fencing, timber and landscaping supplies you can order online for collection or local delivery.
Customers come to us for clear product choices, yard collection that fits around a working day, and stock that matches the jobs people actually do in this area: driveways, fence lines, raised beds, sub-base and garden makeovers. Longreach Ltd trades as TMG Building Supplies (VAT 446817369).
Aggregates, sand and decorative stone
Bulk bags and related aggregate lines are a core part of the yard. In Aggregates & Sand you will find Type 1 MOT sub base, sharp sand, pea gravel, whinstone and other everyday base and bedding materials. For finishes and garden detail, Decorative Gravel, Pebbles & Garden Stones covers flint, slate, chippings and pebbles for drives, borders and water features.
If you are unsure how much to order, use our material calculators before you check out, or phone the yard and we will help you size a load for collection or delivery.
Fencing, timber and landscaping
Our fencing range includes treated fence posts, feather-edge boards, gravel boards and related timber for panel runs and replacements. Garden railway sleepers and other landscaping staples sit alongside these for raised beds, edging and outdoor projects. Fixings and hardware are available when you need to finish the install in one trip.
The Best Sellers collection groups the aggregates, timber and fencing customers order most often, so you can move quickly from browse to basket.
